Medium to full in strength with a full body. It possesses a pleasant and balanced dark tobacco taste with unsweetened, non-bitter cocoa notes along with leather and dark caramel notes. Has some spiciness but is never overwhelming. 

The first third of the cigar is strong then softly mellows out for an easier, calm smoke. Very pleasant throughout. Unlike the Mild and Medium cigars, this one is not for the beginner smoker due to its strength.
